Free returns within 30 days — for any reason. If a book is not right for you, send it back and we cover the return shipping. You are never charged a restocking fee.
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items, including simple change of mind. Books must be in original, resalable condition — unread copies with no writing, markings or damage. We also accept exchanges: tell us the title you would prefer and we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the title you wish to return. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label — simply attach it to the package and drop it off.
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue a refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. We refund the full price of the returned items, and we never deduct the cost of the return label. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit.
If a book arrives damaged or we sent the wrong title, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately at no cost and you do not need to return the original.
